Sebastopol’s Hidden Gem: How My Practice Helps You Feel Like You Again
True Nature Wellness’ cozy acupuncture corner
Tension unravels here. So does overwhelm.
Tucked just off the beaten path in Sebastopol is a cozy corner where healing happens. There’s tea brewing, a rainbow flag in the window, and the faint scent of mugwort in the air. This is True Nature Wellness — my acupuncture and holistic healing practice. And if you’ve been feeling burnt out, stuck, tense, or “just not like yourself,” I created this space for you.
What Makes This Place Different?
There are a lot of wellness spots out there. Spas, clinics, yoga studios. So why this one?
Because it’s personal.
When you walk into my clinic, you’re not just another name on a chart. I take time to really listen — to the story your body is telling, and the stuff you might not even have words for yet. Whether you’re dealing with stubborn pain, stress that won’t quit, digestion that's out of whack, or you’re just tired of white-knuckling your way through the week — we work with all of that, together.
What We Work On Here
People often come in for one thing and leave feeling better in ways they didn’t expect. I treat:
Pain (back, neck, shoulders, joints, jaw, headaches, old injuries)
Stress and anxiety (especially the sneaky kind that lives in your gut or makes your chest tight)
Burnout and fatigue (yep, the kind you can’t nap your way out of)
Digestive issues (like bloating, constipation, IBS-ish stuff)
Sleep and nervous system dysregulation (because rest is a necessity, not a luxury)
Acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, bodywork, and herbal support — it’s all part of the mix. We listen to what your system needs and adjust every session.
The Space Matters
Healing doesn’t just come from needles — it comes from feeling safe, seen, and held.
My treatment room is warm and low-key, with soft lighting, a heated table, cozy blankets, and playlists that lean more ambient than spa pan flute. The vibe is queer-friendly, body-positive, trauma-informed, and designed for real people with real stuff going on.
You don’t have to believe in acupuncture for it to work — you just have to be open to the possibility that your body can shift.
You’re Invited
If you’ve been looking for a sign to start feeling better — this is it. Whether you’re local to Sebastopol or coming in from Santa Rosa, Occidental, Graton, or anywhere in Sonoma County, I’d love to work with you.
You can book a session here, or reach out if you have questions. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to do it alone.
