Integrated
Touch
Therapy
Hands-on care that goes deeper than massage.
At True Nature Wellness, bodywork isn’t just about loosening tight muscles (though it does that, too). I integrate multiple healing modalities to address not only your aches and pains, but also your nervous system, circulation, and overall energy flow. Every session is tailored to what your body needs in the moment.
How I Work
Instead of a “one-size-fits-all” approach, I blend techniques throughout your session. This means you might get deep release in one area, gentle unwinding in another, and energy work woven in to help your whole system reset.
Here are some of the modalities I draw from:
Craniosacral Therapy
Subtle, calming touch that works with your cranial rhythms and nervous system. Great for stress, anxiety, trauma recovery, and those times you just need to exhale.Medical Qigong
A combination of touch, breath, and energetic awareness to rebalance your qi (energy). This can feel grounding, clearing, or revitalizing depending on what you need.Myofascial Release & Tui Na
Hands-on techniques that work with fascia (the connective tissue around muscles) to free up restriction and improve movement.Cupping Therapy
Gentle suction cups to improve circulation, release tension, and clear stagnation. Clients often say it feels like “reverse massage.”Acupressure & Meridian Balancing
Using acupuncture channels and points with hands-on pressure (no needles) to support the flow of qi and blood.
What This Means for You
Every bodywork session is unique. You might come in with neck pain and leave feeling both looser in your shoulders andcalmer in your mind. Or you might arrive overwhelmed and walk out grounded, with your digestion moving better.
This work can support:
Stress, anxiety, overwhelm
Neck, shoulder, and back pain
TMJ/jaw tension
Headaches and migraines
Digestive issues
Emotional release and resilience
The Experience
Sessions are collaborative — we check in, then I follow what your body shows me.
Pressure is adjusted to your comfort (sometimes feather-light, sometimes deep).
You’ll leave with more ease, circulation, and space to breathe.
